The process begins with information about the foreign applicant and Moroccan fiancé(e), including nationality, birthplace, residence, marital history, planned marriage city and likely travel dates. These details help us identify the preparation questions that need to be resolved for the couple.

We do not begin with a one-size-fits-all document list. We begin with the people, the intended location and the practical circumstances of the application.

Step 1 — Initial Consultation before you travel

The Initial Consultation provides the personalised foundation for the process. We explain the preparation that applies to your circumstances, how to organise it in the correct order and what should be completed before travelling. The foreign partner receives support in English, while the Moroccan fiancé(e) receives support in Moroccan Arabic (Darija).

Questions can be raised by email and WhatsApp as documents are obtained. Once supplied, the preparation can be reviewed so mistakes, inconsistencies or missing steps are identified before the next stage is arranged.

Step 2 — In-Person Assistance in Rabat

After Step 1 has been completed and the documents are ready, eligible couples may arrange In-Person Assistance. We meet you in Morocco and complete the agreed Rabat preparation in one organised day, including document collection, court-certified Arabic translations, legalisations, copying and organisation of the complete marriage file.

Regardless of where you are getting married in Morocco, it is necessary to go to Rabat for required documents and legalisation steps from various ministry and government offices. We guide you between the offices, manage the agreed forms and collection steps, and prepare the file for the court where you intend to marry.

The one-day service means the agreed file-preparation work is organised during the arranged working day where circumstances allow. It does not mean the entire legal marriage, court review or approval is completed or guaranteed in one day.
