The certificate for Capacity to Marry may also be known as, certificate of No Impediment and/or the Eligibility to Marry certificate. These are all the same thing. 

This document shows to the Moroccan courts that you are not currently married. 

After obtaining this document from your Embassy/Consulate it must be Legalized by the Ministry of Interior of Morocco  before submitting for Certified Arabic Translation
