This is a certified document issued by your Embassy/Consulate that says you are a Citizen / Your Nationality of your country.
Some Embassies/Consulates may advise the Affidavit of Nationality was replaced by the Notarized Copy of Your Passport which shows your nationality. However the “Affidavit of Nationality” is still requested by many marriage lawyers and courts in Morocco to be provided. Some of our clients have experienced issues for not providing this specific document. We highly recommend you request this from your Embassy/Consulate to avoid having any issues with missing paperwork required for Marriage in Morocco.
After obtaining this document from your Embassy/Consulate it must be Legalized by the Ministry of Interior of Morocco before submitting for Certified Arabic Translation.
