These documents must be legalized by the Ministry of Interior, Rabat before they can be translated.

How you should submit documents for translation

We recommend submitting your Birth Certificate, Criminal Record (Home Country), and Proof of Income/Employment before you come to Morocco. The documents will be translated to Arabic and available for pickup from our office near Rabat as soon as you arrive here.

In Morocco you will need to obtain your Certificate of Capacity to Marry, Affidavit of Nationality from your Embassy/Consulate. After they have been legalized by the Ministry of Interior these can be immediately emailed to us and the certified Arabic Translations can be collected after 1-2 working days.

If using our in-person assistance services we will submit your documents for translation and pick up the certified Arabic translations on the same day.

How long it takes to translate your documents

If you are submitting your documents for translation before coming to Morocco, we recommend you submit them 3-5 working days prior to your arrival. They will be ready for collection as soon as you’re here.

If you are already in Morocco and submit your documents for translation please allow 1-2 working day(s) to complete translations. After you submit the documents to us we will contact you to confirm the pickup day and time.

Same-day Translation of your Embassy documents

We are able to provide same-day translation for your Certificate of Capacity to Marry and Affidavit of Nationality documents you receive from your Embassy. You must ensure that these documents have been legalized by the Ministry of Interior before submitting them to us. By law these documents can not be translated until they have been legalized.

If these documents are submitted to us no latter then 12pm (midday) we will be able to provide the certified Arabic translations by 5pm-6pm on the same day. We will confirm the pickup time on the day with you by message.

Collection of your translated documents

You will need to visit our office to collect your translated documents. You must bring the original documents with you so our translator can verify they are the same as those you have submitted to us for translation. By law if you do not produce these documents when collecting the translations we will not be able to release the translations to you.

Our office is located in Kenitra. Taking the train from Rabat Ville station it is just 30 minutes and 3 train stops away. When you arrive at Kenitra our staff will be at the station to meet you to go together to the translation office. After we have collected your translations we are more then happy to assist you if needed to get your ticket and back on the train to Rabat.

If you are coming to the office by car we will send you our Google Maps location.
