We have helped many foreigners coming to Morocco for Marriage and me personally being an expat from Australia living here in Morocco, married with a Moroccan woman I understand all too well the complexities with coming to a foreign country for the first time and not knowing what to do, where to go, how to obtain all the documents here, getting things legalized and so on, it’s a headache to put it simply! In one day using In-Person assistance we will ensure you have a complete file ready to submit to the adoul and courts for Marriage in Morocco

The date of In Person Assistance will be the same day as your Embassy appointment – If your embassy appointment is in Rabat. If you have booked your embassy appointment in another city, for example UK Embassy in Marrakech or the USA Consulate in Casablanca you will need to travel to Rabat for the following day as the formalities (legalizing your embassy documents) and other Moroccan documents you need can only be obtained in Rabat.

In Person Assistance will take one day starting at 9am and we will be finished usually by 4pm. Sometimes the day may run a little bit longer depending how busy certain government offices are that we will visit.

On the day we will complete the following;

Attend with you to your Embassy Appointment to obtain the documents they issue you. (For embassies located in Rabat) – If your embassy appointment is in Marrakech or Casablanca we can arrange private transfer for you to your appointment if required.

We will get your Embassy Documents Legalized by the Ministry of Interior.

Submit your legalized Embassy documents for fast same-day Certified Arabic Translations. – In most cases only the Affirmation for Marriage document is required to be translated to Arabic. We will confirm with you beforehand. 

Obtain your Moroccan Criminal Record from the Ministry of Justice on the same day.

Obtain your Certificate of Good Health from an authorized doctor. If your Moroccan partner is with you on the day of In Person Assistance we can also obtain their Certificate of Good Health too.

Get your Photos taken and printed to Moroccan Specification Size.

Visit the translation office to collect the Arabic Translations of your Embassy Documents and collect the Arabic Translations of the documents from your country you sent to us prior to coming to Morocco.

You should submit the following documents to us before coming to Morocco, Birth Certificate, Criminal Record of your country, Letter of Employment and Divorce Certificate (if married previously) for Arabic translations using our Certified Document Translation Services. We will be collecting the Arabic translations on the same day of In Person Assistance.

Photocopy all of your documents including all of the translations – You are required to have 4 complete files, 1 being the Original documents and 3 separate files which are copies of the original documents. 

At the end of the day you will have 4 complete files with all the documents and translations required to get married in Morocco. You will be able to visit an adoul the following day with your files we prepared and start the process of getting married in Morocco.
