You will need to obtain a certified copy of your original birth certificate from your country before coming to Morocco for marriage. You will not be able to obtain this from your Embassy/Consulate in Morocco.

Moroccan Certified translation required if your original birth certificate is in any other language then Arabic.
If you were born outside your country of residence you can obtain the birth certificate online through your home country where you were born, or through your home countries embassy where you currently live. Either way you must obtain this before coming to Morocco.
